StaffLeave lets you define if a user works weekends and/or public holidays. These settings work in line with a Plus Pack feature found under Holiday Settings, where you can block weekends and public holidays from being bookable. You can read more about this here.
To change a user's working patterns, for example, if they work weekends and public holidays.
- Login to your StaffLeave company portal
- Tap on "My Profile" menu towards the top right of your screen
- From the dropdown menu, select "People"
- Tap on the User Edit icon on the person you want to amend
- Select Holiday Settings
Once the Holiday Settings modal has loaded, you can amend a user's working patterns as needed. If your team is set to block bookings on weekends and public holidays, these settings will over-ride the ability for staff to book days on these dates. This is especially helpful if some of your staff work on these days.
