To manage and submit holiday requests using Staff Leave Plus Pack, you can tap on either the top right My Profile > Request Leave, or by tapping on the Request Leave button on the application home screen.
Checking your Remaining Allowance (if set)
To see a summary of what holiday allowance you have left, simply navigate to the right column of the booking screen. This summary will show you any holiday you’ve booked, as well as how many days you have left. You can also cycle through different status's such as Pending, Cancelled, Approved and Rejected requests using the filter under My Previous Requests.
Existing Holiday Requests
Any recent holiday requests you have made will be displayed either via your own personal Holiday Planner, or under the My Previous Requests section of your Request screen.
Your Holiday Planner can be accessed from the right allowance summary panel, or via your Profile.
When using the planner, tapping on the expand screen icon will expand the planner to full screen mode.
You will then have a much bigger planner to work with, which allows you to browse requests over multiple months and years.
Creating a Holiday Request
To make a new holiday request, simply tap on either the Multiple Days dropdown, or the One Day booking option.
From here, you can select the number of days you require.
Once selected, tap on "SET DAYS OFF".
The booking screen will then populate all the available days to book. You can then remove any days you don't want to book, and also toggle any day between a Full Day off, or a Half Day off.
Once you're happy with your request, simply tap on the Request button to make your booking.
You can review the booking you just made under the My Previous Requests section.
Booking a Half Day
To request half days, simply toggle a day between Full Day, or Half Day (AM) or Half Day (PM). This can be done for both multiple days, or a single day booking.
Cancelling a Holiday Request
To cancel or delete a request, simply scroll to the My Previous Requests section, and locate the booking you wish to cancel. Tap on the [Bin] symbol.
A confirmation screen will then appear. If you want to proceed, tap on "Yes I confirm"
The booking will then be removed, or if you're cancelling an approved request, you'll need to wait for an administrator or manager/approver to agree to the cancellation.
When an administrator deletes their own approved request, it will be deleted instantly without approval from anyone else.
