Do I have to pay a setup fee?
There is absolutely no setup fee, unless you opt for a custom intranet & branded awards solution.
Is the a contract?
Unless you signed up for a custom plan with a minimum term, there is absolutely no contract, and you can cancel at any time.
Do I need a credit or debit card to open and account?
No, you can sign up for a free trial and there is no obligation to enter your card details. If you'd like to continue using Nomify after your free trial, you can simply enter your details & select the number of employee seats you require via the billing section under your account.
Can I change the number of employees I pay for at any time?
Yes, you only need to pay for what you need, so are free to increase or reduce the number of paying employee seats whenever you like. You can opt for a fixed number of Employee seats, or use dynamic pricing which will automatically change the number of paid seats as your user base grows.
What happens when an Employee Leaves?
If someone leaves your employment then you can disabled them in Nomify so they no longer have access but you can still view their details. In-active employees don't count to your employee seats, and therefore you won't be charged for them.
How do I pay for Nomify, and when am I charged?
Our billing cycle is monthly and we accept any valid debit or credit card, including Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Your payment is processed automatically once a month and you will be emailed a VAT receipt for your records.
Can I integrate Nomify with 3rd party software
Yes, Nomify offers full access to a very powerful API for all accounts, allowing you to integrate with other software providers, such as payroll and accounting platforms. As Nomify grows, we will eventually open up an App Store with pre-built integrations & plugins, allowing you to quickly link your account to other providers.
